Evermont Wealth Partners
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Your retirement questions are personal. This policy explains what information the Evermont website requests and how it is handled.
Your answers are not publicly displayed. When you submit the assessment, your answers and contact details are sent to Evermont’s private team inbox for review. Your stated contact preference guides any follow-up.
Information the assessment requests
The assessment requests your age range, state, retirement timeline, approximate retirement or investable assets, account types, investment relationship, priorities, upcoming financial decisions, current advisor status and interest in a professional introduction. It also requests your first and last name, email address and phone number.
We do not request Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, exact balances or financial documents. Please do not provide those details through this website.
How information may be used
Information is used to understand your interests, provide requested educational resources, respond to a request and, when appropriate and requested, facilitate an introduction to a relevant financial professional.
The assessment is not a suitability determination, personalized financial plan or recommendation to buy a product, move assets or hire a particular professional.
Professional introductions
If you request an introduction, relevant information may be shared with the professional identified for that conversation. You should be told who will receive your information before an introduction is made. Financial professionals operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for explaining their services, fees and obligations.
Selecting “education only” does not request a professional introduction. Your answers are not publicly displayed.
Website operation
Service providers that host and protect this website may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and pages requested. This is separate from saving assessment responses. This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics, and it does not store assessment answers in your browser after the page is closed or refreshed. The completion summary uses your selected topics in temporary page memory and does not retain your name, contact details or asset amount.
Your choices
You may browse the educational resources without completing the assessment. You may stop an assessment before submitting it. If you want to access, correct or request deletion of information you have submitted, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Retention and security
Completed assessments are retained in the private team inbox so Evermont can review and respond to requests. The website does not maintain a separate assessment database. Hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the service and deliver messages. Access is limited to people and providers involved in handling your request. Information is kept for handling requests and related operational or legal needs. No website or email service can promise absolute security.
Contact and privacy requests
Contact Evermont at hello@evermontwealthpartners.com with questions about your information or a request to access, correct or delete it. Do not include account numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers in your message.
